Sales Manager:

We are seeking a talented, experienced outside sales person that has a proven track record of growing a sales region. This position requires an individual to be independently motivated, technical & driven by commission. We offer a compensation structure with an established base of business & we pay for performance.

This position is located in Maple Grove, MN. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M.


Manage a sales force of 6-9 sales representative.
Employee is expected to make every effort to optimize his/her sales performance and engaging in activity on a daily basis will facilitate this goal.



  • Product knowledge in the Textile Decorating Industry: Screen Printing, Graphics, Digital, and Embroidery 
  • Self-motivated individual with strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell & be persuasive  
  • Selling experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Detail oriented, having the ability to multitask & to communicate efficiently and effectively within time constraints & against deadlines.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Required duties are as follows:

  • Develop a strategy to meet & exceed sales goals by managing territories with direct accounts and channel partners
  • Uncover new business opportunities with current customers  
  • Develop leads, identify strategies, and execute action items to maximize sales
  • Build, maintain, and enhance strong customer relationships within the assigned territory’
  • Regularly calls on assigned accounts & actively seeks to develop new accounts
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.  
  • Provide customers timely follow-up on application assistance, technical inquires, specification of products, quotations, and latest product-release launches.
  • Obtain orders and provide proactive customer service sales by promptly responding requests to quotation requests, & liaise with inside sales on order entry, expedites, special pricing requests, returns, samples and general questions
  • Execute sales effort in an ethical and professional manner that will reflect favorably on the reputation of both the salesperson & the company
  • Effective planning to conduct sales demos and service visits by meeting customers physically on regular basis. 
  • Attend  reporting meetings, sales meeting, conferences and trade shows.
  • Preparing reports for sales and maintaining accurate expense accounts. 
  • Updating and maintaining customer account database
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities.

Field Service Technician:

If you are a Service Technician with 3+ years of professional experience, please read on!

With clients throughout the U.S., we provide first class maintenance and support for graphic solutions. Due to continuous growth we are seeking several technicians to assist our extensive and growing client base.
What you'll be doing:

Our Service Technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment at customer locations. Additionally, technicians provide telephone support and product training for our customers as well as participate in trade shows. Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on screen printing, digital, graphics, and embroidery equipment. Some of the equipment you may be working on Kornit, ZSK, Workhorse, Mutoh, Mimaki, AWT, Hix, ASPE, DCS, Ioline, MHM, just to name a few manufacturers. Each technician must be able to perform administrative functions such as preparing job status reports, timesheets, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualified candidates must have previous electrical/mechanical experience and excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Technicians must own basic tools, possess a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle, have the ability to obtain a credit card for reimbursable expenses, and have the ability to obtain a US Passport.  Basic computer skills are required, and knowledge of screen and / or inkjet printing preferred.

Travel is required for this position.  Technicians must be flexible and willing to travel to domestic and international locations.  Travel expenses are paid by SPSI.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and foster an environment of learning and growth.

What you need for this position:
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a field service technician
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills
  • Extremely customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiative and discipline
  • Willing to work nights & weekends when necessary
  • Knowledge of general computer hardware & software applications as they relate to the equipment being serviced
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Self- starter with excellent organizational skills.
