Our Service Technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment at customer locations. Additionally, technicians provide telephone support and product training for our customers as well as participate in trade shows. Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on screen printing, digital, graphics, and embroidery equipment. Some of the equipment you may be working on Adelco, ZSK, Workhorse, Mutoh, Mimaki, AWT, Hix, ASPE, MHM Automatics, just to name a few manufacturers. Each technician must be able to perform administrative functions such as preparing job status reports, timesheets, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualified candidates must have previous electrical/mechanical experience and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Technicians must own basic tools, possess a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle, have the ability to obtain a credit
card for reimbursable expenses, and have the ability to obtain a US Passport. Basic computer skills are required, and
knowledge of screen and / or inkjet printing preferred.
Travel is required for this position. Technicians must be flexible and willing to travel to domestic and international locations. Travel expenses are paid by SPSI. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and foster an environment of learning and growth.
