Sales Representative:

Position Overview


A leading distributor of screen printing and digital equipment and supplies seeks an experienced Account Manager to assume all customer account management responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on maintaining and acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting territory growth goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Sales Manager and manage a minimum of 100 accounts at any given time. We’re looking for a sales-oriented, goal-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Profitably manage and grow assigned accounts by providing complete solutions to customer needs
  • Prepare/present to existing and prospective customers, technical information about equipment and consumables
  • Understand the primary business needs of customers/prospective customers and earn new business by providing solutions to those needs
  • Consistently maintain account activity in company-provided customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Continually learn and update knowledge of industry and profession

Travel

Approximately 40% travel is expected for this position

Preferred & Required Education and Experience

  • College degree or some college study in the area of business preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with screen printing and/or digital printing preferred
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation:

This is a full-time, salaried plus commission position with existing business. Company car, cell phone, digital equipment. Typical company benefits are also included.

Field Service Technician:

If you are a Service Technician with 3+ years of professional experience, please read on!
With clients throughout the U.S., we provide first class maintenance and support for graphic solutions. Due to continuous growth we are seeking several technicians to assist our extensive and growing client base.

What you'll be doing:

Our Service Technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment at customer locations. Additionally, technicians provide telephone support and product training for our customers as well as participate in trade shows. Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on screen printing, digital, graphics, and embroidery equipment. Some of the equipment you may be working on Adelco, ZSK, Workhorse, Mutoh, Mimaki, AWT, Hix, ASPE, MHM Automatics, just to name a few manufacturers. Each technician must be able to perform administrative functions such as preparing job status reports, timesheets, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualified candidates must have previous electrical/mechanical experience and excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Technicians must own basic tools, possess a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle, have the ability to obtain a credit card for reimbursable expenses, and have the ability to obtain a US Passport.  Basic computer skills are required, and knowledge of screen and / or inkjet printing preferred.

Travel is required for this position.  Technicians must be flexible and willing to travel to domestic and international locations.  Travel expenses are paid by SPSI.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and foster an environment of learning and growth.

What you need for this position:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a field service technician
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills
  • Extremely customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiative and discipline
  • Willing to work nights & weekends when necessary
  • Knowledge of general computer hardware & software applications as they relate to the equipment being serviced
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Self- starter with excellent organizational skills.
