The ES-1 is a dual purpose emulsion soaking system. This unit can be used to soften and remove the emulsion, from the image area, with water by continuous agitation. This greatly increases the screen makers ability to keep up with production demands. The ES-1 can also be used to recirculate an emulsion remover continuously, which allows the reclaim department to clean more screens efficiently. The ES-1 uses a two-stage filtration system to remove the solids left by the emulsion.
