Overview
The M&R Eco-Tex Lite is the newest and most compact model in the Eco-Tex family. It automates the whole screen cleaning and reclaiming process, so a small or mid-size shop can turn screens around faster while spending less on labor and chemicals. M&R rates it at up to 180 screens in an 8-hour shift with one operator.
The operator enters a cleaning recipe on the touchscreen, based on the screen's mesh and emulsion, then loads dirty screens onto the infeed conveyor. The first chamber applies ink removal chemistry and lets it drip off for recirculation. The second applies emulsion remover and gives it soak time. The third power washes the emulsion away, and clean screens come out at the outfeed.
All three chambers are enclosed, which keeps your people away from screen processing chemicals. Each chamber keeps its own chemistry separate so it stays effective longer, and recirculation cuts both chemical use and environmental impact. It handles frames up to 26" x 36".
