The Epson SureColor F3070 Industrial Direct-to-Garment Printer is a high-production DTG printing system designed for professional garment decorators, fulfillment operations, print-on-demand businesses, and production environments requiring industrial-level productivity with consistent image quality.

Built specifically for direct-to-garment production, the SureColor F3070 combines Epson PrecisionCore printhead technology, UltraChrome DG garment inks, an integrated bulk ink delivery system, automatic garment thickness detection, and a production-oriented platen system into a single purpose-built platform.

At the heart of the F3070 are dual advanced PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads. Together, the printheads provide 16,000 nozzles and are designed to produce detailed, professional-quality output at high production speeds.

The dual-printhead configuration enables true one-pass printing of both color and White ink, helping the F3070 produce full-size garment graphics quickly enough for demanding production environments. The system automatically detects garment thickness and adjusts the printhead height accordingly, helping optimize printing conditions without requiring the operator to manually adjust the printhead when switching between different garment types.

The F3070 also incorporates a quick-load platen system designed to reduce the loading time associated with traditional hoop-style DTG platens. Faster garment loading helps operators maintain production throughput during large runs.

For high-volume environments where downtime directly affects productivity, Epson designed the F3070 with simplified maintenance in mind. Dedicated cleaning-solution channels and a fabric printhead wiper system help reduce routine maintenance requirements, while selected components are designed to be user serviceable.

The integrated printer stand provides a stable production platform and includes casters that allow the printer to be repositioned when necessary. Standard mounting locations are also incorporated into the stand for compatible production accessories.
