Embroidery 3D Foam White – 75D 3mm is a high-density embroidery foam designed for creating dimensional raised lettering, logos, numbers, and decorative elements in machine embroidery applications. Placed directly over the garment before stitching, the foam becomes encapsulated by the embroidery thread to produce the distinctive raised appearance commonly known as 3D or puff embroidery.

With a thickness of 3mm, this foam provides substantial elevation for designs that require a bold and highly dimensional finished appearance. The added thickness is especially useful for larger lettering, prominent logos, monograms, numbers, and other design elements where a pronounced 3D effect is desired.

The 75-density construction provides a firm, supportive foundation beneath the embroidery stitches. Its higher density helps the foam maintain its shape during stitching while providing the structure necessary to create crisp, well-defined raised embroidery.

The white color makes this foam especially suitable for white and light-colored embroidery threads. Selecting foam that closely matches the thread color helps minimize the visibility of any small pieces of foam that may remain around the edges of the finished embroidery.

Designed for clean tearaway after embroidery, excess foam can be removed from around the completed design after stitching. Proper digitizing techniques, including increased stitch density and appropriate edge stitches, help perforate the foam and create clean, professional-looking edges.
