CCI ER-80 Emulsion Remover
Characteristics
When in diluted form, ER/80 will quickly and economically remove all types of photopolymers, diazo or capillary film on all types of mesh.
APPLICATION
ER/80 will not crystalize, coagulate or plug spray tips in automated spray systems.
I Remove any ink residue and flush the screen with water.
II Dilute 1 part of ER/80 with 10-30 parts of water. Apply product on the print side of screen. Allow sufficient time to penetrate the coating, approximately 30 seconds. *Completely rinse your ER/80 container for complete product usage.
III Rinse thoroughly with high pressure water.
