CCI MICROWASH II Ink Degradent
Characteristics
Is a water soluble ink degradent and emulsion remover.
It is formulated to work on UV & plastisol inks. This product will remove all photo polymer, diazo and capillary film emulsions. This product is safe on all types of mesh.
MANUAL APPLICATION
Dilute up to 1:5 with water. Card excessive ink from screen. Apply MICROWASH II solution to both sides of screen, then scrub with a non-abrasive pad or brush until ink is liquefied. Dip pad or brush in water prior to scrubbing the screen. Allow to dwell for 10-30 seconds for best results. High pressure water rinse. By washing from the bottom to the top, you will prevent the possibility of any ink or emulsion locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water.
SOAK TANK APPLICATION
Dilute up to 1:10 with water. Card excess ink from screen. Allow screen to soak in MICROWASH II solution for 3-10 minutes. High pressure water rinse. By washing from the bottom to the top, you will prevent the possibility of any ink or emulsion locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the rinse water.
