Rhinotech 100 CPS Adhesive - 16oz

The Rhinotech 100 CPS Adhesive – 16 oz is a professional-grade cyanoacrylate instant frame adhesive engineered for manufacturing and remeshing screen printing frames. Its low 100 centipoise (CPS) viscosity allows the adhesive to flow quickly through fine mesh openings, creating a strong, even bond between the mesh and frame while minimizing adhesive buildup.

Designed for use with the RhinoBond Activator, the adhesive cures in as little as 5–10 seconds, allowing screen makers to quickly complete stretching operations and return frames to production. The one-component formula requires no mixing, provides excellent handling strength, and offers dependable long-term tension retention for demanding production environments.

The 100 CPS formulation is recommended for medium to high mesh counts where a thinner adhesive can easily penetrate the mesh and create a clean, consistent bond line. It is compatible with both aluminum and properly prepared wood frames and is ideal for new frame construction, remeshing, and production screen manufacturing.
