Characteristics

The Chiossi & Cavazzuti Grisu 3180 Conveyor Dryer is an advanced modular curing system designed to deliver professional performance within a compact footprint. Built for traditional screen printing and digital textile applications, the Grisu 3180 provides consistent heat, efficient airflow, and dependable curing through a drying tunnel measuring approximately 78.7 inches long.

Powered by a 208-volt, three-phase electrical system, the dryer features precise electronic temperature control, adjustable conveyor speed, and high-efficiency forced-air circulation for uniform heat distribution throughout the tunnel. An integrated suction table beneath the conveyor helps draw heated air through garments, improving heat penetration and temperature consistency across the printed area.

The modular construction allows additional active or passive tunnel sections to be added as production requirements increase. Built for long-term reliability, the Grisu 3180 includes automatic pneumatic belt centering, a three-phase asynchronous conveyor motor, removable filters, and a manually opening tunnel top for convenient cleaning, inspection, and service access.
