Stahls Tabletop Fusion Heat Press 16" x 20"
Professional air-powered 16" x 20" tabletop heat press engineered for high-volume garment decoration, combining automatic operation, digital control, consistent pressure, and a space-saving design for efficient heat transfer production.
Overview
The Stahls' Hotronix Table Top Air Fusion IQ® Heat Press – 16" x 20" combines the advanced features of the Air Fusion IQ® with a compact tabletop configuration designed for professional decorators who want pneumatic operation without the footprint of a full pedestal-style press.
Powered by compressed air, the Table Top Air Fusion IQ® reduces the physical effort required during repetitive heat printing. The upper platen operates at the touch of a button, helping reduce operator fatigue while providing consistent pressure from application to application. This makes the press particularly well suited for production environments processing repeated garment and transfer jobs throughout the day.
The generous 16" x 20" platen provides ample working area for standard and oversized garment graphics, including full-front and full-back designs, names and numbers, logos, DTF transfers, screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation transfers, and other compatible heat-applied graphics.
Fusion IQ® technology provides intelligent digital control and production-management capabilities. Operators can manage application settings through the touchscreen interface while monitoring important production information such as time, temperature, and pressure. Online reporting capabilities can also provide valuable information about press activity and operator performance.
The Table Top Air Fusion IQ® is compatible with Hotronix® interchangeable platens, allowing decorators to configure the press for different garments and specialty applications. Threadability™ helps operators load garments onto the lower platen and position individual print areas while keeping seams, buttons, zippers, and excess fabric away from the pressing surface.
Designed for professional apparel decorators, print shops, schools, team dealers, promotional product companies, and growing heat-printing operations, the Table Top Air Fusion IQ® provides the productivity benefits of an air-powered press in a space-saving tabletop platform.
